Basic Requirements: • 6+ years recruitment experience • Preferred minimum of 3 year Executive level recruitment experience • Pipeline management experience • Experience working in a global environment Professional Skill Requirements: • Passion for recruitment... creates ways of finding, attracting and assessing talent and the ways it can transform organizations • Respected client focused consultant with a bias towards action and results • Strong player coach mentality, visible and accessible leader • Exceptional relationship management skills with both internal stakeholders and candidates • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment • Excellent communication (written and oral) at the C-suite level in English & German • Excellent project management skills • Excellent negotiation skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills Nice to have Skills: • Recruitment experience, preferably within a Technology setting • Experience recruiting Technology Industry Leadership welcome Language Abilities*: German (native preferred), English - excellent written and oral language skills  
Projektbeschreibung  
• Deliver on the execution of the DTE/GU MD recruitment plan in coordination with our DTE/GU EALA MD Recruiting Leads, Managing Director sponsors, HR Business Leads, and Global recruitment leads • Generate and foster continuous pipelines of executive, leadership talent • Ensure high-tough, hyper-personalised MD candidate experience • Collaborate effectively with the team with an ultimate focus on reducing our reliance on outside search firm providers • As needed, manage strategic search firm relationships with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships with our preferred partners • Focus on diversity hiring to achieve our firm wide Inclusion & Diversity goals • Create and deploy reporting for Clients and Recruitment Leadership that accurately shows recruitment progress against goals • Work closely with peers in leadership recruitment on a global basis to assist in global leadership assignments and projects as needed • Upon request, help streamline the recruiting process and working closely with the HR department. • Develop business case and providing advice to leadership on compensation as required • Conduct research of external marketplace/industry trends. • Monitor external competitor analysis and provide marketplace intelligence to Business Leads and Country/Area Leadership. • Participate in strategic projects to enhance MD Recruitment • Report on MD recruitment cost for the business
